NORMALIZE
Recognize that what you’ve lived through is valid—and more common than you may have realized. You are not alone.

GRACE
Practice GRACE—Give, Respect, Acceptance, Compassion, Everyday—to gently disrupt shame and begin building a foundation of self-compassion and safety to enable your healing.

INVENTORY
Reflect on how trauma has shaped your patterns, beliefs, and ways of showing up in the world. Not to judge yourself—but to gain respect for how you adapted to survive and to understand your story.

SIMPLIFY
I
n a world that tells you to do more, focus on one or two key areas where small shifts bring meaningful momentum. This is how healing becomes sustainable.

ENVISION
Allow yourself to imagine a life beyond survival by using tools that inspire a clear and compassionate picture of how it would feel to live with greater balance, purpose, and joy.

PLAN
Turn your vision into clear steps. A plan doesn’t have to be rigid, in fact, the best ones are ever-evolving along with you.

IMPLEMENT
Every small step is a powerful act of reclaiming yourself. Align your efforts to rise with the most recent research and create big momentum.

LEARN
Take time to reflect on what’s been helpful, what’s not, and what needs adjusting. Take what helps, leave what doesn’t, and trust that your healing is uniquely yours.
